4.     Creating patient: This undoubtedly is a significant step. Creating patients in your application is the step through which other steps are associated. Click on the ‘Create Patient’ tab. The window has option of adding new patients. To each patient’s profile, there are two tabs associated- details and address. Add in the details like name, gender, few lifestyle related questions and address. Proceed with saving it.

5.     Creating a procedure: On each patient’s profile will be the functionality of adding procedures that will be done on the patient. You can add multiple procedures to a patient. Further details available with each procedure will be the name, time, date, clinic and few others. This page makes it very easy to fetch and process details associated with each patient- all in one place.

6.     Reporting injectables: Once a patient and her procedures are created, detailing increases further. The injectables and other medicines that will be used for the patient are to be listed. On the main window of a patient’s records, click on the overhead tab of ‘Procedure Details’ and then on ‘medicines’. Similarly, you can feed other details like procedure information and treatment summary. This happens to be the final step.
